CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS for COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

 

 

As I purposely only have a small number of students for each class, any no-shows which I cannot fill mean a loss of income for me.

Please understand that the following conditions apply if a cancellation is made;

 

If you are unable to attend the course and give more than 7 days notice;

You will be charged a $45 administration fee.

You may transfer the remaining value if you can arrange another student to fill your place. (class fee paid minus $45) Alternatively, you can transfer the remaining amount to another course or workshop, to be used within 6 months of the date payment was received. 

 

If you are unable to attend the course and give less than 7 days notice;

You will be charged 50% of the full fee. You can transfer the remaining value (course fee paid minus 50% of the course fee) if you arrange for another student to fill your place. Alternatively, you can transfer the remaining amount to another course or workshop, to be used within 6 months of the date payment was received. 

 

If you withdraw or cancel within 24 hours of the start date of the course or workshop;

NO refunds, transfers or credits will be given.

 

Please confirm any notification of your cancellation is in fact received by me for the above conditions to be in effect.
